Join us for local swim, bike and run training sessions designed for all levels.  

With our headquarters located in Victoria, Canada, we offer a number of local training sessions for anyone in the  endurance community whether they be local or visiting from out of town.  

Join us at these sessions where you can train with a group and one of our great coaches.

Recurring Sessions



SwimFit is a basic swim stroke improvement session that is ideal for novice or intermediate swimmers who would like to improve their technique and fitness. If you can swim 50 meters, we can do the rest. A great start for those who would like to become a better swimmer or complete a triathlon. The program takes place for 6 week blocks.

Days:  Mondays and Wednesdays

Time:  9:30am - 10:45am

Location: Saanich Commonwealth Place Pool



All levels of swimmers are welcome whether you are training for fun, fitness, a triathlon or competitive swim meet. Eight lanes are available to accommodate different speeds of swimmers.   The swim program is held 3 times / week (you can come on any or all of these days – most participants average 2 swims/week).  Based on a structured swim progression and includes stroke improvement. 

Days:  Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Time:  12 noon to 1:00pm

Victoria’s best indoor bike training program! Since 2000 , the Indoor Bike Trainer Sessions at Commonwealth Place have been helping cyclists and triathletes of all levels improve their fitness and cycling ability. The program is led by experienced and certified coaches. The sessions consist of motivational, progressive workouts that are designed to improve your cycling, whether it be recreational, fitness or competitive.  In the fall and winter, sessions take place 2 times per week (you can choose 1 session or both).  The spring session (starting in April) is Thursday night only.  Thursday night sessions also include an optional short run after the ride.  All abilities welcome – must bring your own stationary trainer and bike (if you do not have a trainer – we can lend you one to try it out).

Time:  6:00pm to 7:00pm

Location: Saanich Commonwealth Place Mezzanine



Designed for all abilities of runners to increase your run fitness with interval training in a coached environment. Perfect for fitness building, improving your times and preparing for a 10K, other running events, or running off the bike in a triathlon. Different distances and workouts to suit all levels.   Registration:  Not required - just show up! 

Days:  Saturday

Time: 9:30am to 10:45am

Location: Beaver Lake - Lower Parking Lot (at 0K trail marker)

Seasonal Programs



Start your Fridays off the right way!

Swimmers of all levels from local training groups and individual swimmers are welcome to join.
The session is led by certified coaches and include a structured workout designed to improve your open water swimming skills and fitness no matter what your ability (choice of workout lengths will be given).   Coaches will be present with kayaks on the water. 


Days:  Fridays (May to August)

Time: Arrive at 7:30am, in the water from 7:45am - 8:45am

Location: Thetis Lake



Join us for a fun Splash & Dash workout!

The session includes a combo of running and swimming short distances. 

It is an "old-school" workout for all ages and levels.  Choose from different distances or if you just want to run or swim, no problem - you can also do it as a team (we need individual swimmers and runners to complete teams).   Lots of fun and great draw prizes.


Days:  Wednesdays (Mid-May to Mid-July)

Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Location: Hamsterly Beach (Elk Lake)
